IQF Frozen at optimal ripeness
Each of our products are carefully selected at peak freshness, harvested at its optimal ripeness to deliver superior flavor and texture. Using the individual quick freezing (IQF) process, we lock in the natural taste, vibrant color, and perfect texture of every item. The produce is then packed according to your specifications and securely stored in our state-of-the-art cold storage facility, ready for shipment.
IQF technology reduces the formation of large ice crystals, which can damage cell structures and lead to nutrient loss. From a safety perspective, IQF minimizes the risk of bacterial growth by freezing produce quickly, significantly reducing spoilage and foodborne illnesses.
